Blanket Fort Tales ("we") makes personalized storybooks. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Everything you type into the order form: your child's first name, age, pronouns, favorite things, any family or pet names, an optional description of how your child looks, an optional dedication and your email. Payment is processed by Stripe, so we never see or store your card number.

How we use it

Only to create and deliver your book, send your receipt and answer your questions. We use AI writing and illustration services to make the book, and those services receive only what's needed to create it.

What we never do

We never sell your information or your child's information, and we never use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We don't ask for or store photos. Your order details are saved with your payment record at our payment processor, Stripe, and in our order system so we can make, resend or fix your book. We delete the book files and working copies within 90 days. The exception is basic purchase records, which we keep as tax law requires.
